Rounded Rectangle: rental space Rounded Rectangle: programs Rounded Rectangle: Contact us Rounded Rectangle: rental space Centrally located on Parliament Street in downtown Toronto, the CCAC has a number of rooms available for rent Monday thru Friday 8am-3:30pm and 8pm to midnight. Saturday 3:30pm and all day Sunday during the school year. July and August are available all day, 7 days per week.   We have 4 private practice rooms each of which has a piano, a small visual art space and a computer lab. We also have a large performance room with a stage and seating capacity for approximately 85 people. This space is equipped with a sound booth with the technical capability to stage a theatrical production or music group.   ***Please note: Most rooms are NOT available between 4 and 8pm Monday to Friday September thru June.
